What are the system requirements for using SOLUTIONS Software databases?

All SOLUTIONS Software CD-ROMs comply with the ISO 9660 standard, so any
brand/model/speed CD-ROM player supported by the operating system should
work.

Which version of Acrobat do I need?

Most SOLUTIONS products now require that you use
Adobe Acrobat Version 3 or later to view the PDF files.
Our PDF files are compatible with Adobe Acrobat Version 4, but do not
require that you use any version more current than Acrobat 3.0
We include Acrobat 3.01 Reader with Search software for all supported
platforms on our PDF-based CD-ROMs.
We no longer distribute Acrobat 2.1 Readers.

Basically, the PC must meet or exceed the MPC2 specification.
Use of CBT products in LAN environments is not recommended unless the
LAN can reliably deliver audio and video data at speeds comparable to
MPC2.

For the Windows-based MSDS on DVD-ROM product, the requirements are:
