Q: Help!  I forgot my password!
A: If you forget your password, click on the “Please email me my password” radio button on the Account Login page.  Your password will be returned to the email address that you originally gave as part of your account information.

Q: How do I contact Customer Service?
A: Need help?  Normal business hours for our Customer Service Department are Monday to Friday - 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST.  We can be reached by calling 877-373-4726. Email address is: grutherford@regscan.com.

Q: Will I be charged Sales Tax:?
A: At present, Internet Tax policy is still evolving.  Your order will not be taxed.

Q: What credit cards do you accept?
A: We accept these credit cards: American Express, MasterCard and Visa, including their respective corporate purchasing cards. 

Q: Why is RegScan, Inc. the Billing name on my credit card statement?
A:
You are NOT being billed by an outside source; RegScan, Inc. is the parent company of Solutions Software. 

Q: Can I have more than one billing and shipping address?
A: No.  There is only room for one billing and shipping address.  These can be easily modified when you login to the site.  If you need several shipping addresses, please contact Customer Service (877-373-4726 or grutherford@regscan.com).

Q: How do I make changes to my billing or shipping address?
A: To edit any of this information, login to your account.  Click on the Account button in the Task Bar at the top of the page.  You may modify any or all of the information displayed.  You must click on SAVE in the lower right hand corner to “save” the changes.

Q: How soon will my order ship?
A:
All orders will ship within 5 to 7 business days via US Postal System; most orders will ship as soon as the next business day.  You may choose an expedited method of shipment at time of checkout.

Q: How do I cancel an order?
A: Orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible.  If you need to cancel an online order, please contact our Customer Service Department by calling 877-373-4726 or emailing grutherford@regscan.com. (Normal business hours for our Customer Service Department are Monday to Friday - 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST.)

Q: Our Returns Policy:
A: All sales are final except for defects in workmanship.  If the software is damaged or defective, we will issue a refund credit for the full purchase price (including tax and shipping charges). 

To return an item, call our Customer Service Department Customer 800-734-7226 x1408 or  877-373-4726.  You may also email initial contact information (your phone number and extension) to grutherford@regscan.com and we will contact you as soon as possible. (Normal business hours for our Customer Service Department are Monday to Friday - 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST.)  No product may be returned without an RMA (Return Material Authorization).  This number must appear on the outside of the package.  An RMA is good for 30 days from issue date.
