The electronic version of the publicTSCA Chemical Inventory contains
the following searchable data fields: Inventory Name, Other Submitted
Names, CAS Number, Former CAS Numbers, Molecular Formula, Substance
Definitions, UVCB Status, and Inventory Flags. The TSCA Chemical
Inventory lists the latest public information on all 64,000+ chemicals
or chemical substances manufactured or imported into the U.S. for
commercial purposes as defined under the Toxic Substances Control
Act (TSCA).
Other included lists are the Current List of Chemical Substances
Subject to TSCA Section 12(b) Export Notification Requirements. All
of the chemical substances appearing on the TSCA Section 12(b) are
subject to the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) Section 12(b)
export notification requirements delineated at 40 CFR part 707, subpart
D
The SARA Title III Consolidated Chemical
List includes chemicals subject to reporting requirements under Title
III of the Superfund Amendments and Reauthorization Act of 1986 (SARA),
also known as the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know
Act (EPCRA), and chemicals listed under section 112(r) of Title III
of the Clean Air Act (CAA) Amendments of 1990.
