Chemical Lists Suite (TSCA/SARA) on CD-ROM

Our new and improved Chemical Lists Suite (TSCA/SARA) product combines powerful search and reporting capabilities with frequently-used Federal, State and International chemical lists. Easy to use software - you can search on CAS Number, Chemical Name, Molecular Formula, or even, Former CAS Numbers. Use Boolean search operators or wildcard symbols (“*”). to assist in searching.

Two of the most popular chemical databases included are the TSCA Chemical Inventory and SARA Title III "List of Lists". The electronic version of the TSCA Chemical Inventory contains the following searchable data fields: Inventory Name, Other Submitted Names, CAS Number, Former CAS Numbers, Molecular Formula, Substance Definitions, UVCB Status, and Inventory Flags.

The TSCA Chemical Inventory lists the latest public information on all 64,000+ chemicals or chemical substances manufactured or imported into the U.S. for commercial purposes as defined under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA). Also included is the Current List of Chemical Substances Subject to TSCA Section 12(b) Export Notification Requirements. All of the chemical substances appearing on the TSCA Section 12(b) are subject to the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) Section 12(b) export notification requirements delineated at 40 CFR part 707, subpart D.

Added new in April, 2006 are the submissions for the Toxic Substance Control Act Section 8(e). The TSCA 8(e) and FYI Submissions begin with the August, 2000 submission and run thru the most current submission dated January 1, 2006 thru January 31, 2006.

The SARA Title III Consolidated Chemical List includes chemicals subject to reporting requirements under Title III of the Superfund Amendments and Reauthorization Act of 1986 (SARA) , also known as the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA), and chemicals listed under section 112(r) of Title III of the Clean Air Act (CAA) Amendments of 1990.
